STRENGHTS AND WEAKNESSES OF INDIAN CRICKET TEAM

Team India,led by Virat Kohli,is the second ranked ODI team.The main strength of the Indian cricket team is their top order batting.Since ages India has produced world class batsmen. Virat Kohli is the number one ODI batsmen and is always at service.Shikhar dhawan and Rohit Sharma have consistently showed their significant contribution to the Indian team by their opening partnership. But in recent matches Shikhar Dhawan is getting injured a lot ,giving a chance to KL Rahul to be the opening batsman and he is proving to be a gem for the Indian team. Rahul and Rohit have a great partnership and make lots of runs together.This team has match-winning all-rounder like Hardik Pandya as well who can be handy as a wicket take any time.Now if we talk about the Indian bowlers we have Jasprit Bumrah, NO.1 ODI bowler,Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Mohammed Shami as the fast bowlers and Yuzvinder Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav as the spinners. The bowling line-up can wreak havoc on any opposition.
Over dependence on the top three batting order is their worst weakness.If the top three fail to perform there is no one dependable in the middle order.There is Rishabh Pant in the middle order but he is not very consistent and has not been able to confirm his position in the team but he is still has good power hitting and his records in IPL are remarkable.Kedhar Jadhav is also a good finisher.
